Screening of ligninolytic enzymes produced by Ganoderma lucidum in solid residues from the Amazon

White rot fungi have one of the most efficient oxidative lignin degradation systems, and present an enzymatic complex that is responsible for digesting lignocellulosic matter. The aim this study was to evaluate production laccase total peroxidases by Ganoderma lucidum via solid-state fermentation using açaí seeds marupá (Simarouba amara) sawdust unsupplemented supplemented with wheat, corn rice bran. G. inoculated in substrates prepared residues incubated at 25 ºC. Enzymatic extractions were performed on culture every 2 days 30 days. activities determined ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) diammonium salt), addition cofactor H2O2 peroxidases. activity higher residues, emphasis açaí-based substrate 16th day cultivation, while maximum 6th day. In residue, peak 8th and, marupá, no fungal growth observed. As peroxidases, cultivated showed peaks 8th, 12th, 28th day, 12th under conditions. While, peroxidase observed only cultivation. Thus, potential producing laccases supplementation inducing synthesis these enzymes.
